Qualification: Any UG / PG - (Preferred - Marketing)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identifying new business opportunities and potential markets to expand the company's customer base.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners,and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer retention.
3. Collaborating with the product development team to identify and prioritise product features and enhancements that will drive customer adoption and satisfaction.
4. Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats to the business.
5. Creating and managing sales forecasts and budgets to ensure to meet revenue targets.
6. Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance, progress towards goals, and overall business development strategy.
7. Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the industry and market trends, as well as emerging technologies and competitive landscape.
8. Developing and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
9. Negotiating and closing business deals with customers, partners, and vendors.
10. Assisting with the development of sales and marketing collateral, including proposals, presentations, and case studies.
11. Ensuring a strong focus on customer success and satisfaction, working closely with the customer success team to identify and address customer needs and issues.
12. Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the company's brand and products.
13. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive overall business success.
14. Staying up-to-date with industry news, trends, and best practices to inform business development strategy and approach.
