Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in the Pune Division for a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building and cultivating client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and managing client accounts. You will contribute to the growth and success of MDN Salesforce by aligning business development efforts with company goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in Business and Account Management, with a strong focus on client retention
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
CTC :- 3.0 LPA to 8 LPA
Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply. Experienced candidates will be considered for a managerial role based on performance and expertise
Working Details
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: As per company policy
