Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South for a Business Development Executive. The role involves generating new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and managing accounts to drive growth. Daily responsibilities include identifying prospects, creating effective strategies for lead generation, engaging with potential clients, and ensuring client satisfaction through consistent communication and alignment with their needs. Collaboration with internal teams and actively contributing to the company's growth objectives will be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Account Management and Business strategies
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
- Prior experience in the built environment or sustainability sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
