We are hiring a Growth & Business Development Executive (SaaS) to drive business growth and expand our presence in the F&B tech ecosystem. The role involves lead generation, market research, customer engagement, product demos, and supporting revenue growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify market opportunities through research and competitor analysis
• Generate and manage leads across multiple channels
• Conduct product demos, discovery calls, and client onboarding
• Build and improve sales SOPs, outreach scripts, and CRM processes
• Maintain pipelines, reports, and customer feedback loops
• Collaborate with founders, sales, and product teams to align GTM strategies
• Support PMF validation, ICP refinement, and scalable sales playbooks
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales/business development
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience with GTM strategy, SaaS sales, CRM management, and revenue growth
• Bachelor’s degree required
