Job Description:
As a Growth & Business Development Executive (SaaS), you will play a key role in driving business expansion, identifying market opportunities, and building strong client relationships for our SaaS solutions. You will work closely with the founders, sales, and product teams to generate leads, conduct product demonstrations, improve sales processes, and contribute to overall revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development, with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to independently manage growth initiatives while delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
- Assist in refining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and identifying target customer segments.
- Support Product-Market Fit (PMF) activities by collecting customer insights, feedback, and market validation data.
- Build and maintain customer feedback loops to improve product positioning and sales strategies.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
- Create, document, and improve sales SOPs, workflows, and business development processes.
- Prepare and optimise cold calling scripts, outreach templates, and objection-handling frameworks.
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, including lead tracking, pipeline updates, and reporting.
- Coordinate with founders, sales teams, and product teams to align market feedback with business goals.
- Participate in customer discovery calls, sales meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
- Shadow training sessions and support onboarding/documentation processes for future sales team members.
- Work independently on assigned business development initiatives while maintaining accountability and reporting progress regularly.
- Analyse customer behaviour, competitor offerings, and market positioning to recommend strategic improvements.
- Maintain reports related to leads, conversions, customer interactions, and business development activities.
- Assist in building scalable sales playbooks and repeatable growth processes for the organisation.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve outreach, conversion rates, and customer engagement strategies.
Qualification Required:
- Minimum 2-3 years in B2B SaaS sales or business development, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Significant experience in SaaS product sales, with a focus on conducting online product demos and onboarding clients.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required
Key Skills:

- Strong understanding of Product Market Fit (PMF) and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) refinement.
