Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team in IT services and consulting. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline by scheduling meetings with potential clients. This is an on-site role based in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients through various prospecting channels
- Execute outbound outreach via calls, emails, and professional networking platforms
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- Understand client requirements and communicate Massil Technologies’ service offerings effectively
- Schedule discovery calls, meetings, and product demonstrations for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Consistently achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with cold calling and email outreach
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, particularly in IT services or software solutions
- Understanding of sales qualification processes and pipeline management
