Business Development Executive / Inside Sales Executive (B2B Tech Sales)
Location: In-person | Pune, Maharashtra
₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month + Incentives
Marworx Technologies is hiring a Business Development Executive / Inside Sales Executive for B2B tech sales focused on AR/VR and digital solutions. Ideal for candidates experienced in cold calling, lead generation, tele-sales, and client conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume cold calls to generate and qualify leads
Build and manage a sales pipeline through calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing
Handle the complete sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → follow-ups → closures
Schedule and support client meetings, presentations, and AR/VR product demos
Pitch AR/VR, SaaS, and digital solutions to manufacturing, real estate, and enterprise clients
Handle objections, maintain client relationships, and update CRM reports
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
Strong English communication and calling skills (mandatory)
Experience in cold calling, tele-sales, inside sales, lead generation, or data mining
Comfortable with B2B sales, client interaction, and sales targets
Familiar with LinkedIn, CRM tools, MS Office, and email outreach
Interest in technology sales, AR/VR, SaaS, and business development
Target-driven, proactive, confident, and willing to travel locally for meetings/demos.
