Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong professional relationships. The role requires proactive outreach, client engagement, and the ability to develop strategies to achieve business growth and targets. Successful candidates will play a key role in expanding the company’s reach and fostering partnerships that align with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development, lead acquisition, and identifying growth opportunities
- Experience in Lead Generation and developing strategies to expand client pipelines
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and presentations
- Expertise in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Understanding of Business principles and ability to align goals with organizational vision
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Prior experience in the education sector is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines
