Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Business Development Executive based in New Delhi, India. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing accounts to drive sales and growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation through social media
- Strong skills in Business and Account Management
- Exceptional Communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required
Requirements:
- Good English communication
- Active on social media & can generation content
- Creative + understands content trends
- Problem solving mindset
- Consistent and comfortable with repetitive tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Do outbound outreach (LinkedIn, YT, Upwork, email, DMs) to generate leads
- Qualify prospects and book meetings with decision-makers
- Manage and grow social media (especially LinkedIn)
- Create engaging content (posts, carousels, basic creatives)
- Engage with audience (comments, DMs, networking)
- Follow-ups and CRM management
