Key Responsibilities:
Industry Research & Analysis
* Conduct in-depth research on future fuels, alternative energy, and sustainability trends
* Track emerging technologies, regulatory updates, and market developments
* Identify future industry requirements, opportunities, and key growth areas
Database Management
* Build and maintain a comprehensive database of companies, stakeholders, and industry experts
* Regularly update contact details, company profiles, and engagement history
* Segment database for targeted outreach (investors, startups, corporates, etc.)
Company Identification & Outreach
* Identify relevant companies, startups, and organizations in the future fuels and energy ecosystem
* Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
* Build relationships with key industry stakeholders
Meeting Coordination
* Schedule and coordinate meetings with industry leaders, partners, and clients
* Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and follow-ups
* Support leadership in stakeholder engagement
Event Support & Execution
* Assist in planning and executing industry events, conferences, and webinars
* Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and partners
* Support registrations, communication, and on-ground/event logistics
Content & Insights Support
* Assist in generating reports, articles, and insights based on research
* Support editorial and content teams with relevant data and trends
* Miscellaneous Activities
* Support business development initiatives
* Collaborate with internal teams for partnerships and projects
* Handle ad-hoc tasks related to research, outreach, and events
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong research and analytical skills
* Excellent communication (written & verbal)
* Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for database management
* Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
* Interest in energy, sustainability, or maritime industry (preferred)
* Event coordination or business development experience is a plus
