Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Junior Business Development Executive to join our on-site team in Vadodara. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing accounts effectively. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, prospecting potential clients, preparing proposals, and collaborating with team members to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Communication and relationship building
- Experience or knowledge in Business strategy and process management
- Ability to manage accounts and maintain long-term client relationships
- Results-oriented with solid negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
