Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and driving business growth for MantraCare.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, corporates, and partners.
- Present company services and close sales opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with operations and onboarding teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and business activities.
Key Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Experience in healthcare or wellness industry is a plus.
