Business Development Executive – Job Responsibility
Experience: 1–2 Years
Function: Sales & Business Development
Salary Range – 25,000/- to 30,000/-
Role Summary Drive on-ground and digital sales for Arth Project by pitching India's most comprehensive land data platform to clients and closing deals that turn prospects into long-term partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients (landowners, investors, developers) through calls, visits, and referrals to pitch Arth Project's platform.
- Explain and demo the platform's features — digitized land data, GIS maps, pricing insights, and zoning details — in a simple, compelling way
- Convert leads into paying clients by building trust and addressing queries confidently
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move them through the sales pipeline
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and deal status in the CRM
- Gather client feedback and share it with the team to improve pitching and product fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client’s post-sale for referrals and repeat business
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of sales experience preferred in real estate or any related field.
- Strong communication skills — confident on calls, in meetings, and on the field
- Hustler mindset — self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with rejection
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn
