🚨 WE’RE HIRING | Business Development Executive – Exports 🌍
Malai Mahudam Match Works is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive – Exports to join our team at K.K. Nagar, Madurai.
💼 Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new international customers and business opportunities
- Research overseas markets, importers, distributors, wholesalers, and potential buyers
- Generate leads through online research, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other B2B channels
- Contact international prospects and introduce our products.
- Handle customer enquiries, understand requirements, and provide product information
- Prepare and send quotations, product details, and commercial offers
- Conduct regular follow-ups with international leads and prospects
- Negotiate with customers regarding pricing, MOQ, packaging, specifications, and delivery requirements
- Maintain and update customer/lead databases and sales records
- Coordinate with internal teams for orders, production, documentation, and shipment requirements
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas customers
- Track sales leads, follow-ups, conversions, and contribute towards export sales targets
- Monitor international market trends and competitor activities
🎓 Qualification
- BBA / B.Com / BBM / MBA
- International Business / Marketing / Foreign Trade preferred
- 0–2 years of experience
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
⭐ Preferred Skills
- Good English communication
- Lead generation & follow-up
- Negotiation & sales skills
- MS Office / Excel (Mandatory)
- Strong interest in international sales
- Knowledge of export business is an added advantage
