As we expand our innovation capabilities, we’re looking for a Senior R&D Formulation Manager to drive excellence in product development and innovation.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development professional to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with salons, distributors, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new salons, distributors, and business partners
Drive sales and achieve targets in the assigned territory
Conduct market visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Track market trends and competitor activities
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Maintain regular sales reports and updates
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably beauty, косметics, or FMCG)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel and work in the field
Target-driven and self-motivated
