About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership Business Development Executive to drive new revenue for Lystloc’s B2B SaaS platform. This role involves owning the end-to-end sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closure, targeting SMB and mid-market businesses.
This is a quota-carrying role suited for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and are comfortable managing both inbound and outbound sales motions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, trial management, negotiation, and closure
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets and conversion metrics
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline (3–4x of quota) through a mix of inbound and outbound efforts
- Actively generate opportunities via cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Ensure successful trial execution and conversion to paid customers
- Maintain high CRM hygiene by accurately tracking all deals, activities, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Product, and Marketing teams to improve win rates
- Provide accurate weekly forecasts and pipeline visibility to leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (mandatory)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in handling end-to-end sales cycles (not just lead generation)
- Strong ability to engage with decision-makers and senior stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Freshsales, or Salesforce
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High level of ownership, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
