Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing lead generation and conversion efforts, maintaining client relationships, and overseeing account management. The Business Development Executive will work closely with clients and internal teams to meet business goals and drive company growth.
Qualifications
- Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure growth opportunities.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in Business and Account Management to oversee and nurture client partnerships effectively.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and business goals.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Relevant professional experience in a similar role; experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
