Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the luxury residential and commercial real estate segments. Responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, conducting client meetings, presenting suitable property options, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams for property sourcing and documentation, and tracking opportunities through CRM tools. The Business Development Executive will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and local developments to refine sales strategies and support revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify prospects and convert them into active clients.
- Solid understanding of Business and commercial acumen, particularly in sales pipelines, revenue targets, and customer value creation.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Proficiency in Account Management, with experience maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Prior experience in real estate, luxury sales, financial services, or a related consultative sales environment is preferred.
- Comfortable working on-site in Gurugram, with willingness to travel locally for client meetings and property visits.
- Ability to use CRM and basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) to manage leads and report on performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
