Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bengaluru South. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth strategy. Additionally, tasks will include conducting market research, developing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in business development, sales strategy, and lead generation
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and client management abilities
- Proficiency in market research and an understanding of competitive analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment
- Experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, or creative services is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, though not mandatory for candidates with exceptional potential
