Job Overview
Business Development is highly collaborative and influential, and we are looking for an experienced person responsible for initiating and closing sales opportunities, which significantly accelerate LPC’s growth and profitability and help fulfil the company’s vision in the B2B Market. This position achieves these goals by developing and implementing the company’s business development strategy and tactics. Well conversant with both inbound and outbound Sales. Must handle and manage team. Ready to work in US as well as UK shifts based on business need.
Responsibilities
- Identifying business opportunities by generating leads and building relationships with clients for company growth.
- Understanding the needs of clients and providing the right solutions that help them through effective presentations.
- Analysing and researching new trends in the market relevant to the company.
- Attending networking events to source and pitch to potential clients and promoting products or services of the company that helps them.
- Knowing the company’s vision and mission.
- Knowing the product to create demos for customers and move the sales cycle forward.
- Understanding client requirements and feedback .
- Implementing effective business and sales strategies by working closely with sales and marketing teams, and reporting to senior management .
- Documenting sales contracts that comply with legal requirements.
- Following up on sales inquiries.
- Tracking the performance of sales and business decisions and meeting targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation domain.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms and their target audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
