Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Cold Calling and Lead Generation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to identify potential clients, and a passion for achieving sales targets through proactive business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
- Identify and connect with potential clients to understand their business requirements.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales/business team.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and database.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until conversion.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and support.
Required Skills
