Role Description
As a Client Success & Growth Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their business needs, presenting Lokal Heros' marketing solutions, converting leads into clients, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
You will also maintain relationships with existing clients and act as a bridge between clients and the internal team to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
Location: Remote / Work From Home
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with cold and warm leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Track leads, conversions, onboarding status, and client communications.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Ensure clients understand the service process and expectations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients over phone calls and video meetings.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and execution mindset.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, customer support, account management, or digital marketing is a plus.
- Must own a laptop or desktop system with a stable internet connection.
