Role Summary:
You will be the first point of contact for prospective learners — reaching out via phone, building rapport, understanding their career goals, and converting them into enrolled students. This is a target-driven role for someone who loves conversations and believes in the power of AI education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads (working professionals, Job seekers & Students) and explain the value of our AI training programs
- Understand each prospect's career background and map them to the right program
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly enrolment targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
- Follow up diligently with warm leads and handle objections with empathy and clarity
- Share feedback from prospects to help improve our programs and messaging Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any inside sales, or ed-tech sales
- Excellent spoken communication in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus)
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable making high volumes of calls daily
- Basic understanding of or curiosity about Generative AI and tech education
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Graduation in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory)
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in ed-tech companies (Unacademy, upGrad, BYJU'S, etc.)
- Experience selling to working professionals or B2C premium courses
