Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Bengaluru South. The individual will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, maintaining clear communication, and working collaboratively with internal teams to drive growth and foster long-term partnerships. A results-oriented approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are key to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Communication and Business strategy
- Experience in Account Management and building client relationships
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in creative or tech industries is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deadlines
