Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
* Generate and qualify leads to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
* Present Level Up PR's services to prospective clients through calls, meetings, and presentations.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized solutions based on client requirements.
* Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively.
* Coordinate with PR and Account Management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
* Develop and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
Requirements
* 6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or a related role.
* Strong understanding of B2B sales and pipeline management.
* Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
* Experience in PR, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or related service industries is preferred.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
