Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position for an Admissions Counselor located in Bengaluru. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the admission process, provide information on the CMA (USA) program, and assist with enrollment. Key responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting information sessions, maintaining excellent communication with students and parents, and addressing concerns. Additional tasks may include collaborating with the marketing team, tracking applications, and achieving student enrollment targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively engage with prospective students and their families
- Excellent Customer Service and follow-up skills to ensure a seamless admission experience
- Sales experience or a demonstrated ability to achieve enrollment or similar targets
- Knowledge or experience in the education industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Education, Business, or Communication
- Organizational and time management skills to handle inquiries and process applications efficiently
- Familiarity with higher education admission processes is advantageous
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or similar platforms is a plus
