Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Executive with a proven track record in service-based IT/Technology sales. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, relentless, and passionate about sales, with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in IT services and product engineering.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, Upwork/Freelance platforms, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions aligned with Lectus Technologies’ services.
- Collaborate with the technical team to create proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to gain a competitive edge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of proven experience in Business Development/Sales in a hardcore service-based IT company (non-negotiable).
- Strong understanding of software development services such as AI, Web, Mobile Apps, UI/UX, and Data Engineering.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a relentless, self-driven, and goal-oriented attitude.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and proposal writing.
- A strong network in international markets (US, UK, Middle East preferred) is an added advantage.
