Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Gurugram. Responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing and developing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth. The role will also involve conducting market research to identify industry trends and creating presentations to communicate business offerings effectively to potential clients. As part of a dynamic team, the Business Development Executive will contribute to achieving organizational goals and expanding LearNurture’s reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students on online degree programs (MBA, BBA, BCom, etc.)
- Handle inbound leads generated via digital platforms (Google Ads, website, calls, WhatsApp)
- Understand candidate requirements and guide them on program suitability, eligibility, and intake timelines
- Drive end-to-end admission closure, from first contact to enrollment
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, registration, and onboarding
- Build long-term relationships with students through professional and ethical counselling
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in: Education counseling, Inside sales, Business development, Admission sales
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; Marathi preferred)
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with targets and performance metrics
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic MS Excel
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in online education / EdTech / university admissions
- Prior role as Admission Counsellor / Education Consultant / Business Development Executive
- Ability to handle high lead volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and conversion-driven

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
