Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site position at our Noida location. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. The successful candidate will also contribute to continuous lead generation, engage with potential clients to understand their needs, and support the sales cycle to achieve business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business Development and Account Management
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles in a competitive market
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
