Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Gurugram. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential customers, addressing inquiries about our offered programs, and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients. The Sales Associate will also collaborate with the team to implement sales strategies, achieve targets, and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring a smooth enrollment process for students.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with prospective students and clients.
- Sales skills including lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving targets.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to address inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.
- Proficiency in a structured approach to sales processes and reporting requirements.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred; prior experience in the education sector will be advantageous.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
