Learn Confident is a fast-growing EdTech company based in Bangalore, dedicated to empowering learners with skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in their careers and businesses. We are expanding our sales team and looking for energetic, target-driven BDEs to fuel our next phase of growth.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive at Learn Confident, you will be the frontline force driving lead generation, prospect outreach, and sales closures. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into loyal clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, WhatsApp outreach, and other digital channels.
• Identify and qualify potential students for Learn Confident's programs.
• Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective students.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and provide regular reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead nurturing.
• Represent Learn Confident professionally in all interactions.
Who We're Looking For
For Freshers
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, BCom, MBA preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to build a sales career.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital tools.
For Experienced Candidates (0–3 Years)
• Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, EdTech sales, or similar roles.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools.
• Experience in LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and tele-sales.
