About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executives for Upwork bidding and client acquisition. We are looking for experienced candidates who can contribute to business growth through online platforms.
Location - Mohali
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and bid for potential projects on Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, Guru, and similar platforms.
● Draft persuasive proposals and cover letters to attract and win clients.
● Collaborate with the technical team to create accurate cost estimates and timelines.
● Negotiate budgets, milestones, and deliverables with clients to close profitable deals.
● Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
● Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
● Prior experience in Upwork bidding with proven track record in closing sales.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
● Basic understanding of IT services (Web & Mobile App Development).
● Skilled in negotiation, client handling, and proposal writing.
● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Shift & Working Policy
● Hybrid Shift: Combination of Work from Office & Work from Home
● Working Days: 5 Days
● Weekend Working: Compulsory (Saturday or Sunday as per business requirement) ●
Shift Timing: Flexible/Rotational based on client requirements (including evening shifts if needed)
