Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA) – Lead HeightJob Summary
We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Associates for our
Lead Height profile. The role involves connecting with potential clients, nurturing leads, and converting them into business opportunities. If you are passionate about sales and growth, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential leads via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant services
- Maintain and follow up with interested prospects
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Update lead status and maintain records in CRM
- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers can apply)
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with calling and client interaction
- Target-driven and self-motivated
Preferred Skills
- Experience in telecalling or inside sales
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
