We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional with 2–5 years of experience to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and business expansion initiatives.
Experience
* 2 to 5 years in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition
* Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or client relationship management preferred
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, emails, and market research
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions
* Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations with prospective clients
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Maintain CRM records and track business pipeline activities
* Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Required Skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
* Lead generation and client management experience
* Good understanding of sales strategies and business growth
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
* Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
* Experience in B2B/IT/Staffing/BPO/Consulting industry is an added advantage
