About the Role:
We are seeking a Business Development Executive with strong experience in the IT services industry. This role focuses on lead generation, client coordination, requirement gathering, and handling the dedicated resource engagement model. The candidate will also manage interview scheduling between clients and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate qualified leads for IT services, including web development, mobile applications, cloud solutions, software development, and staff augmentation models.
• Research and identify potential clients through multiple lead generation channels and platforms
• Utilize lead generation tools to establish, manage, and sustain a robust and effective sales pipeline.
• Promote and clearly explain IT service offerings and the dedicated resource engagement model to clients.
• Gather, analyze, and understand client requirements, project scope, and expectations.
• Coordinate closely with internal technical teams to align suitable profiles and solutions with client needs.
• Schedule, manage, and track client meetings, technical discussions, and interviews.
• Handle interview coordination between clients and candidates, including follow-ups and feedback.
• Support proposal sharing, presentations, pricing discussions, and closure activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, client communications, interview status, and deal progress.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients to drive repeat business.
Requirement:
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in business development, specifically in IT services sales.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Experience working with international clients.
