Role Description
This is an on-site Full-time role for a Business Development Executive, located in Kota. The role will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through lead generation, market research, and networking activities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client accounts, building strong relationships with partners, and supporting the implementation of business strategies. This role involves collaborating with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue growth through effective communication and persuasive client engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development, identifying opportunities to expand market reach, and generating leads
- Strong skills in Business planning and strategy execution to support company goals
- Excellent Communication skills for negotiating, presenting, and building strong client relationships
- Experience or interest in Account Management to maintain and grow existing client relationships
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Analytical skills for evaluating potential business opportunities and strategies
