Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Development Executive. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves interacting with clients, contributing to business growth strategies, and maintaining collaborative partnerships to further the organization’s presence and goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Strong Business acumen and ability to identify opportunities for growth
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in jewelry or luxury goods industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite
