Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Business
Development Executives. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the education
sector, working with clients and contributing to the company’s growth. This is an excellent

values learning and professional development. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon,
India.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related
fields(Only non-tech)
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a clear focus on achieving personal
and team goals.
Demonstrated passion for sales and building client relationships.
Ability to thrive in a competitive and dynamic environment, with a willingness to learn
and adapt continuously.
Roles and Responsibilities
Engaging with working professionals to understand their career goals and recommend suitable educational programs that align with their aspirations.
Initiating outbound calls to potential candidates from provided databases and effectively communicating the value proposition of our programs.
Presenting and promoting management courses tailored to the specific needs of prospective learners.
Maintaining consistent follow-ups through calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture leads and ensure continued engagement.
Accurately managing and updating records of all prospective candidates in the CRM system.
Achieving assigned monthly sales targets and contributing to overall team performance.
Ensuring compliance with all pre-sales and post-sales procedures and documentation requirements.
Collaborating closely with team members to optimize sales strategies and drive collective success.
Provide daily and weekly progress reports to the management team.
