Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Ernakulam. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and developing client relationships. You will manage accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain communication to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions. Collaborating with internal teams, the Business Development Executive will also work to help achieve organizational growth goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Business strategy and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships
- Proactive and results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience working in IT or technology services is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
