We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth across our cloud kitchen / food service operations. The role involves onboarding new brands/partners, identifying expansion opportunities, and strengthening relationships with aggregators and corporate clients. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the F&B industry, partnerships, and scaling operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new food brands and kitchen partners.
- Conduct market mapping to identify high-potential locations and cuisine trends.
- Support the launch of new kitchens/outlets, including coordination with operations, legal, and project teams.
- Maintain relationships with existing partners to ensure retention and revenue growth.
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide insights for pricing, positioning, and menu strategy.
- Maintain BD trackers, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle fieldwork, partner meetings, and site visits.
- Basic understanding of P&L, unit economics, and revenue drivers (preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with a hustler attitude.
Qualification:
- Graduate in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management is an added advantage.
