Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Business Development Executive. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining and fostering strong client relationships, and managing customer accounts. The role requires effective collaboration with the team to meet sales targets, as well as conducting market research to identify potential areas for growth and expansion. The Business Development Executive will represent Kinderbots in professional settings, contribute to strategic business planning, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Solid understanding of Business strategies and principles
- Strong Communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and contribute to strategic planning
- Proactivity, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset
- Experience in the education or franchise sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
