Role: Business Development Executive
🕒 Shift Timing: Between 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Any 8-hour shift)

Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹4 LPA *(based on potential & performance in interviews)*

Key Responsibilities:
* Connect with international leads and convert them into customers
* Understand customer needs and pitch suitable learning programs
* Handle end-to-end sales process (consultation to closure)
* Maintain strong follow-ups and CRM updates
* Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Who Can Apply:
* Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
* Sales/Business Development experience preferred (freshers with strong skills can apply)
* Comfortable working in night shifts
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow
