Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Noida. The Business Development Executive will identify and cultivate new business opportunities, generate leads, and establish strong client relationships. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and actively contributing to business growth through effective communication and market analysis. The individual will also work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in Business strategies and Account Management practices
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment
