Business Development Executive (Field Sales)
We are seeking a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and business growth through direct field engagement. The role involves identifying potential clients, conducting meetings, building professional relationships, and promoting the company’s services to generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and connect with prospective clients through field visits, networking, and lead generation activities
* Schedule and conduct meetings with business owners, decision-makers, and potential partners
* Present and explain company services in a professional and persuasive manner
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business engagement
* Follow up on leads, negotiate opportunities, and convert prospects into clients
* Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets
* Maintain accurate records of meetings, client interactions, and sales activities
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client support
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities
