Overview
We’re looking for a driven and articulate Business Development Executive with experience across agencies or production houses. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to build and manage relationships, understand client needs in the media/creative space, and effectively close deals. You will play a key role in expanding our client base across brands, agencies, platforms, and content partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients including brands, agencies, OTT platforms, NGOs, and corporate partners.
- Maintain consistent communication with existing clients and ensure long-term retention.
- Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing.
- Understand the creative and production capabilities of the company and align them with client needs.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to prepare and present tailored pitch decks, proposals, and treatments.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities in the branded content, film, and advertising ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing, preferably in the media/advertising/production industry.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing high-value clients.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the creative process, production timelines, and pitch development is a plus.
- Passion for content, storytelling, and the evolving digital media landscape.
