Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive, based in Ahmedabad with the option for partial work-from-home flexibility. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. Key tasks include prospecting, pitching services to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align client needs with business offerings. The role also involves market research to identify trends and opportunities, as well as contributing to the company’s overall business strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and lead generation skills, including the ability to identify and approach potential clients effectively.
- Experience in sales, negotiation, and account management with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, mobile app development, and IT solutions to understand and present services effectively.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; experience in the IT industry is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis to assess trends and opportunities is a plus.
