Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to expand Kazam’s footprint across key segments such as RWAs, real estate developers, fleet operators, and enterprises. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in target segments (RWAs, builders, corporates, fleet operators)
· Generate leads through field visits, cold outreach, referrals, and partnerships
· Pitch Kazam’s EV charging solutions and tailor proposals based on client requirements
· Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → meetings → negotiation → closure
· Track pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance using CRM tools
· Stay updated on EV industry trends, policies, and competitor offerings
Key Requirements
· 2–4 years of experience in B2C & B2B sales in EV, energy or real estate.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
· Willingness to travel extensively for on-ground sales
Preferred Skills
· Experience dealing with RWAs / housing societies / builders
· Understanding of EV charging ecosystem or energy billing
