Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Kozhikode. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a robust sales pipeline for solar products and services. The role involves conducting market research, meeting prospective clients, preparing proposals, and presenting tailored solutions. The Executive will manage client accounts, maintain strong relationships, follow up on inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Daily activities also include reporting on sales activities, tracking performance against targets, and contributing ideas to improve business growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and expand the customer base.
- Candidates should possess strong Business and Account Management skills to manage opportunities, negotiate deals, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, collaborate with internal teams, and present solutions clearly.
- Relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in solar, energy, or related industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, travel locally for client meetings, and meet performance targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
