We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is designed to provide practical training + real work exposure in business development and client handling.
Selected candidates will first undergo a structured training program, followed by hands-on experience with live projects.
🎓 Training & Learning Phase
- Initial training sessions/classes will be conducted
- Learn basics of:
- Business Development & Sales
- Lead Generation & Client Handling
- Communication & Pitching Skills
- Performance will be reviewed before moving to live work/projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential leads.
- Connect with clients via calls, messages, and emails.
- Assist in pitching services and closing deals.
- Maintain client relationships and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the internal team for execution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing Graduate or Graduate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, marketing, or business growth
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude
- Basic knowledge of digital platforms is a plus.
