Role: Business Development Executive📍 Location: Mumbai (On-site, Full-time)
🕒 Work Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Kapu Gems’ client network and strengthening relationships within the luxury diamond industry. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to build a career in sales, business development and the global luxury market.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and connect with potential B2B clients, retailers and wholesalers.
- Generate leads through outbound calls, emails and market research.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Assist in presenting Kapu Gems’ diamond portfolio to prospective buyers.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and client interactions.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, proactive and eager to learn.
- Basic understanding of sales, business development or client handling is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
